Motivation

Education has always been considered as a system to which the student must adapt; and it must be precisely inverted; For the student to be the protagonist of his education, this one must be adapted to his life according to his age, in order to recognize the utility of that knowledge and have the motivation to acquire it.

To educate himself for the future is not his own yet, because he is overcoming other stages in his life to think about that. So that reason may be from his parents, but not from him.

It would be equivalent to us getting to buy a mausoleum when we still don’t have our own house.
In the case of a teenager and young man, his studies will make sense if he sees that is the path which will lead him to concretize his life project.

People don’t change when trying to make them change, or because we are role models; they change when they become aware of who they really are and want.

Nobody does anything without a reason of their own; however we want them to do it.
So this is how we end up living outside ourselves, focused on the environment and always responding to it, forcing us to skills we don’t have and without enthusiasm for what we do.

That’s why our potential doesn’t emerge, our energies are scattered, and the work far from giving us pleasure, it wears us out.

We live by appealing to effort, responsibility, perseverance; everything by willpower and sacrifice; when we have an unused inner strength which would do all of that without wearing us down and with the pleasure of doing it.

Connecting with our inner force we recover our axis and everything flows.

We have to go to the root of the problem and help you to discover your Life Goal, with this, it won’t be necessary to recommend anything, all the attitudes such as effort, boost, devotion, perseverance, responsibility, etc, will emerge naturally, even finding obstacles and some tedious or boring tasks; since it will have a reason beyond them.

Don’t put “the cart before the horse”. That is to say, don’t put attitudes past reasons.

Now we know that emotions are fundamental in learning. But, how to achieve it? With the use of technology? With gamification? NO. All of these help, of course, but emotion must come from content.

Hence the importance this should be exemplified based on the experiences of his age.

We have to resort to the reason why each knowledge is acquired.

This is what you should move.

Reasons are there, every study responds to a problem that tries to solve a human need, and hence a need that concerns you.


Ethics

Since childhood, ethics ignites with models and affection.

When adults, ethics is accomplished by achieving pleasure and feeling fulfilled. Without personal pleasure there is no deliver, no balance, no ethics.

Jointly with vocation come the principles and human values, since vocation is their way of loving life.


Formative Innovation

Approach

I believe that in order to innovate in education, you have to approach to the natural way of learning.

In education by projects, the first thing is to make it encounter the problem, being able to visualize and understand it, then speculate solutions and finally, when the knowledge that gives the solution is acquired, that knowledge is totally justified.

In other cases like foreign language subjects, do it also the way we naturally acquire mother tongue, when listening we associate sensations to sounds, so that it is recorded the same way and not through a rationalized translation, as it is through its grammar; that comes much later.

Assessment

We must define the purpose of each project specifically. And insert the assessment parameters in the gamification itself, such as current videogames, with overcoming stages, i.e., a continuous process and not an abrupt step, so that the student doesn’t have to work on the assessment, more than in the project itself.

Curricular Plan

All the changes that are intended are impeded when applied on the current learning program, because these are very extensive, and the curriculum time is not enough.

Education must stop portraying widest variety of information in the student.

Programs should focus on meaningful knowledge and its implementation, without saturating information.

Programs should aim at the conceptual thing and download them of their associated information, letting this one to be acquired by those who have an interest in deepening that type of knowledge.

It is not necessary that all of us have greater knowledge of everything; for that we have Internet.

This would also reduce strongly the time load of both teachers and students, allowing a more creative and motivated work.

As the class time would be lower, the grade can be of smaller number of students, which is very favorable.

Purposes of the different educational stages

Pre-school Education

A child of this age needs to be under protection, affection and his parents’ presence.

But as soon as he is born he goes to the nursery almost the whole day. What kind of bonds could be formed?

If his education is at the expense of so many hours without them, it is more what they lose than what they earn.

At this age, the fundamental and much more important thing for them is his parents’ affection and closeness, which is what will give him emotional stability for the rest of his life.

But this would bring a problem of who would stay with the kids the time they are not at school…

But everything is happening, because the company starts allowing working via internet (from the house) or at least it would be half-day from home, in which parents would take turns to be there.

Those ideas that at early age is when you learn better and that afterwards won’t be the same, have led to a frenzy because they learn, and the sooner, the better.

Better than filling him with skills and knowledge is to let loose to his imagination in open games (not guided ones!), that way he connects with his inward and emerges in him what he really is.

e is already a project that is being developed in his mind, in his attentions, in his imagination; he has to be supported in this.

The person is not created nor formed; he is made to flourish in what he really is.


 Elementary Education

We must provide them free time; play time and not overwhelming them with hour’s excess at school and a lot of homework and activities.

Education must provide them the required knowledge to work on society, like: co-habitation and self-care rules, emotional education, and basic mathematics to develop in society, traffic rules, and environmental care, among others.

The enjoyment of Arts and sports. Motivation and reading ability which will be the conduit that will allow you to shape yourself in the future.

General knowledge of humanities and sciences

Secondary School

Conceptual knowledge of basic disciplines Civic (Operation of Society) Self-knowledge Emotional Education Basic financial knowledge and various procedures   Once a person is a teenager, education must help him to discover his vocation and talent and the choice of his professional career that is in accordance with them.

Deepening of the basic knowledge, to which will aim at his professional career.

Higher Education

You are absolutely autonomous, because you have: clearness in what you want, knowledge of your potential, motivation and strength needed to carry them out.

Your education must be completely individual, oriented to develop your Life Goal.

An education with a lot of autonomy, where a teacher only guides you for the required knowledge to acquire and the specific tools to use.
